Job Summary

The VP, Food & Beverage leads the F&B strategy across Kerzner International's global portfolio, consisting of Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO and Rarefinds.

This position reports directly to the CEO and places a strong emphasis on concept development, innovation, and guest experience.

Leading on creation of dining concepts that align with brand identity and market trends, while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

The role steers all F&B operations to maximize profitability, sustainability, and guest satisfaction while fostering innovation and excellence in service delivery across multiple properties and markets.

The position involves building strong relationships with brand partners to drive performance, leveraging these partnerships to create world-class dining experiences that differentiate Kerzner's luxury hospitality offerings in the competitive global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies that align with business goals and enhance market positioning across all properties

Act as key member of the leadership team, contributing to broader organizational strategy and ensuring F&B integration with business objectives

Identify global market trends and opportunities, advising the CEO on strategic initiatives and potential investments for growth

Foster culture of innovation and continuous improvement within F&B teams, encouraging new approaches to enhance guest experiences

Lead development of innovative F&B concepts for new projects and existing property enhancements aligned with market demands

Collaborate with stakeholders including General Managers, VP Operations, Technical Services, and brand partners for seamless project execution

Oversee selection and management of consultants for market research, concept development, interior design, and F&B branding

Coordinate with property teams to implement new F&B concepts, providing guidance and support for successful rollouts

Evaluate performance of existing F&B concepts and make recommendations for improvements based on market feedback

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in F&B products and services leveraging guest feedback and industry trends

Ensure integration of entertainment elements to create unique and memorable guest experiences that differentiate destinations

Collaborate with culinary teams to develop new menu items and dining experiences reflecting latest food trends

Implement sustainable practices in F&B operations focusing on waste reduction, local sourcing, and environmental initiatives

Develop and oversee execution of F&B operational strategies ensuring consistency and excellence across all properties

Establish and monitor key performance indicators for F&B operations, driving improvements in service delivery and profitability

Provide strategic advice to underperforming operations, implementing action plans to achieve targeted outcomes

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards while continuously updating operating procedures

Develop and manage F&B commercial plans ensuring alignment with financial objectives and maximizing profitability

Oversee capital investment planning for F&B projects ensuring strategic alignment and strong return on investment

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including property leadership and brand partners

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

10 years of progressive work experience in food & beverage in similar senior leadership roles

Work experience in corporate / consultancy or multi-unit environment with luxury hospitality focus preferred

Complex project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international properties

Experienced understanding of products and services within luxury hotel F&B programs including pre-opening experience

Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organization and foster collaboration across diverse business units

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence C-suite executives and external partners

Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budget planning, and capital investment analysis

Experience with luxury hospitality brands and understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and service standards

International business experience with ability to adapt F&B strategies across diverse cultural markets
