Job summary

Job description

We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector / Fleet Supervisor to oversee and manage the private vehicle fleet of a family office in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong technical knowledge of vehicles the ability to supervise drivers and efficient handling of all administrative matters related to the principals vehicles. Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and monitor the overall condition of all vehicles in the fleet
  • Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and coordinate repairs when required
  • Oversee preventive maintenance servicing schedules and cleaning plans
  • Monitor and record mileage for each vehicle
  • Manage service contracts warranties and maintenance agreements
  • Track and manage traffic fines license renewals and vehicle registrations
  • Monitor fuel consumption toll fees (Salik/Darb) and related expenses
  • Prepare basic reports on vehicle usage maintenance and costs
  • Supervise and coordinate drivers schedules duty rosters and availability
  • Ensure vehicles are always roadworthy compliant and ready for use
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to vehicle operations for the principal
Requirements
  • Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 4-5 years experienced working in the same field.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining a fleet of 25 high end vehicles.
  • Proven experience in vehicle inspection maintenance or fleet management
  • Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and servicing requirements
  • Experience managing drivers and vehicle-related documentation
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Prior experience working with private families or family offices is an advantage
  • Willing to relocate in Abu Dhabi.
