Job summary

A leading digital transformation partner in Abu Dhabi is seeking a UX/UI Designer to enhance digital government platforms. This role is a key position within a major public sector initiative dedicated to transforming user experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of UX/UI design experience, strong skills in interaction design and prototyping, and be comfortable working in agile teams. This position is exclusively open to Emirati candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong skills in interaction design, wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience working in agile product teams.
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and user research methods.
• Comfortable presenting design ideas to stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocating.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope UX projects across multiple digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and concept validation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys and personas.
• Work in collaboration with developers and stakeholders during agile sprints.
• Apply best practices in human-centred design and usability heuristics.
• Contribute to documentation and maintain consistency in design standards.
• Improve existing services based on research and feedback.
• Translate business needs into simple, elegant design solutions.
