We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer‑oriented individuals to join our team as Ushers / Guest Assistants. As an Usher / Guest Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests as they enter the venue and assist with ticket scanning and seating arrangements
  • Provide information about the event, venue, and facilities to guests
  • Direct guests to their designated seats and assist with any special needs or requests
  • Monitor guest behavior and address any disturbances or issues in a professional manner
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests by following protocols and procedures
  • Assist with crowd control and emergency evacuation procedures if necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and successful event
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area before, during, and after events
  • Attend pre‑event meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
