Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting arriving and departing passengers.
• Providing clear directions to check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage claim, security checkpoints, restrooms, restaurants, and transportation areas.
• Responding to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules, gate updates, boarding times, and airport facilities.
• Escorting and supporting passengers with special needs to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Managing crowds and maintaining orderly queues for efficient passenger flow.
