If you have at least 35 years of experience in used car pricing or sales, know the market like the back of your hand and have a knack for data‑driven decisions and negotiation, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately assess used vehicle values based on condition specs history and UAE market demand.

  • Support and refine pricing strategies to maximize profitability and ensure competitive market positioning.

  • Engage in active auction strategies using persuasive communication to drive higher bids and close faster sales.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers understanding their preferences and providing tailored solutions.

  • Achieve monthly sales and margin targets contributing to both volume and profitability goals.

  • Manage assigned dealer portfolios ensuring consistent service quality and performance.

  • Stay updated with UAE automotive trends brand‑specific resale values and pricing benchmarks.

  • Support post‑sale activities and cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of car specs features and unique selling points across all major UAE brands.

Qualifications
  • 35 years of experience in used vehicle pricing or sales in the UAE market.

  • Strong command of UAE resale market trends including auction platforms and dealer networks.

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred).

  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
