Job summary

A leading multinational company in Dubai is seeking a People Officer (Offboarding) to manage employee exit processes in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. This role includes ensuring accurate end-of-service settlements, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and have 4–5 years of relevant HR operations experience. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law is essential, along with effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of HR operations experience focusing on offboarding and exit formalities in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and gratuity/end-of-service calculations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process including terminations and retirements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies.
  • Calculate end-of-service benefits and settlements accurately.
