Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National with a strong background in corporate law who thrives in a fast-paced business-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on corporate commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE.
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and legal documents.
  • Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations including those relevant to corporate governance.
  • Support the business in mergers acquisitions joint ventures and restructuring activities.
  • Liaise with government authorities regulators and external counsel.
  • Advise management on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Qualifications :

    Requirements:

    UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
    Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) or Masters Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.
    Minimum 5 years experience in corporate law preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.
    Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
    Excellent drafting negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English.High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
