Job Purpose :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable DA Executive to support the accurate, timely, and compliant generation of disbursement accounts for government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of invoicing processes, client documentation requirements, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, validate, and issue invoices for port calls and service deliveries in accordance with contract terms and client-specific templates.
  • Cross-verify operational data, third-party vendor charges, and documentation to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Track and manage invoice submissions and follow-up logs to ensure timely billing cycles.
  • Liaise with operations, finance, and client teams to clarify discrepancies and ensure supporting documents are complete.
  • Maintain updated billing trackers and ensure compliance with client-specific invoicing SOPs.
  • Respond promptly to client queries or documentation requests related to invoicing, ensuring adherence to timelines and avoiding penalties associated with delays.
  • Assist in reconciliations, credit notes, and resubmission processes as required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or finance operations—preferably in maritime, logistics, or government contracting.
  • Familiarity with Excel and financial documentation standards is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; able to draft professional emails to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple time zones and contracts.
  • Prior experience with client billing portals, ERP systems, or documentation workflows is a plus.
