Qualifications

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in the Finance function.
• Experience in a large bank with exposure to Treasury products.
• Exposure to Hedge accounting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of product control services to the division.
• Ensure that hedge accounting is performed in line with IFRS 9.
• Ensure all investments are valued using independent pricing source.

Skills

Review of front office desk profit and loss reports

Test effectiveness of hedges and maintain documentation

Hedge accounting & Financial reporting

Understanding of Treasury products

IFRS 9 reporting

Education

University Degree or a qualified accountant
