We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Travel Agency Administrator to support our expanding operations and help ensure smooth and efficient travel services for our clients.

As a Travel Agency Administrator, you will play a key role in handling client communications, organizing travel services, maintaining booking records, and providing essential administrative support to our tour and operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients through social media, phone, email, and messaging apps
  • Assist with booking and coordinating tours, transfers, hotel accommodations, and visa applications
  • Update and manage travel listings on relevant platforms and internal systems
  • Handle outbound calls and follow-ups to maintain engagement with existing customers and generate new leads
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers (transportation companies, tour operators, hotels)
  • Manage internal booking calendars and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure efficient communication between clients, team members, and service providers
  • Oversee general office administration including document management, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks (e.g., VAT filings, AML compliance)
