The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat and poultry production with hand‑on experience in equipment operation and a strong commitment to food safety quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the automatic whole chicken bagging machine and support complex production line tasks.
• Understand and follow all safety quality and operational procedures.
• Read and interpret technical manuals for complex equipment.
• Perform routine machine checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assemble equipment and prepare materials before production begins.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed.
• Participate in troubleshooting and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
• Report any safety, food safety or quality concerns immediately.
• Support the production schedule and assist the supervisor in achieving targets.
• Fill out control charts for performance tracking and productivity systems.
• Manage material ordering and usage.
• Prevent product loss and minimize waste generation.
• Reduce scrap and rework through process optimization.
