ABOUT THE ROLE

Parfums de Marly is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager, Middle East, to drive the development and execution of brand strategy across the Middle East region.

Reporting to the Global Head of Trade Marketing, you will play a key role in strengthening visibility, customer engagement, and operational excellence across diverse regions and channels.

This fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is ideal for someone who excels in both structured planning and agile execution. The role combines strong trade marketing expertise with sharp project management, analytical skills, and consistent delivery of Visual Merchandising and brand initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans to elevate brand visibility and drive commercial performance across Parfums de Marly Middle East markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting global guidelines to the needs of local distributors (when relevant) & shoppers.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, sales, supply chain, and VM teams to ensure flawless execution.
Customer & Channel Management
  • Build strong relationships with local distributors and retailers.
  • Analyze market data, competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
Performance Analysis & Insights
  • Maintain dashboards and track sell-through performance, POS activations, and ROI.
  • Consolidate customer insights and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare business reviews and internal reports for senior management.
Project Coordination & Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and toolkits for launches, marketing programs, and retail activations.
  • Track deliverables across internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain updated planning tools (activation calendars, retailer decks, door lists, budget trackers).
Visual Merchandising
  • Oversee in-store execution through regular checks and partner feedback to maintain visibility, standards, and a cohesive luxury experience.
  • Collaborate with Global VM team to ensure premium brand expressions across all touchpoints.
  • Lead VM update rollouts, planograms, and animations with flawless, guideline-aligned execution.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
  • 5-6 years of experience in trade marketing or commercial roles within luxury, beauty.
  • Experience managing Visual Merchandising execution.
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; BI tools a plus.
  • IWD or planogram software knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; French or other languages are a strong advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
