You will support day-to-day operations while leading strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Compensation Consulting, strong analytical skills with Excel, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Compensation & Benefits Rewards Consulting.
• Experience in payroll compensation analysis.
• Independent, data-driven self-starter with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR for total rewards-related matters.
• Lead and manage salary structures and bonus programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking and participate in compensation surveys.
