Job summary

A leading event management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Project Manager for a large-scale B2B Ticketing project. The successful candidate will support the administration of the B2B ticketing system and collaborate with sales teams to manage various agreements. High organizational skills and experience in project coordination are essential. The position offers a salary of AED 23,750 monthly and requires valid UAE work compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Overview

Job Title: Junior Project Manager – B2B Ticketing

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Abu Dhabi

Working Days: 22 days per month

Monthly Salary: AED 23,750 (fixed, non-negotiable rate card)

The role sits within the Visitor Experience, Sales, and Events function and plays a key part in maintaining high service standards for B2B clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a large-scale B2B Ticketing Project for a confidential, leading cultural and visitor experience entity in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Ticketing Unit Head in the day-to-day administration of the B2B ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop B2B products and manage commercial agreements
  • Assist with oversight of credit facilities, preparation of reports, and management of B2B bookings and payments
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure business portal content and operational information are accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with the Call Center Manager on daily operations related to official correspondence with B2B clients
  • Ensure timely responses to B2B client inquiries in line with agreed KPIs
  • Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance B2B client experience
Requirements
  • Experience in project coordination, ticketing, sales operations, or administrative project support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience within ticketing, events, visitor experience, or cultural institutions is an advantage
