In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting patients with healthcare solutions by promoting our Doctor OnTime platform, which enhances patient access to healthcare providers and services.

Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to engage with potential patients, introducing them to the Doctor OnTime service and its benefits.
  • Explain the features of our platform clearly and effectively, answering any questions or concerns from prospective customers.
  • Utilize your customer service skills to nurture leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sign-ups.
  • Keep a detailed record of interactions and outcomes in our CRM system to track sales progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation efforts and customer outreach strategies.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and platform updates to effectively communicate changes to clients.
