Tele sales Representative. Job Title: Tele sales/ Insurance coverage Consultant. No of Positions: 50. Area: Dubai. Job Kind: Permanent.

Responsibilities
  • A solid understanding of all kinds of general insurance policies from a technological perspective and awareness of market changes, latest patterns and strategies.
  • Capability to build solid bonds with clients and insurance providers and efficiently resolve insurance policy concerns.
  • Instruct and direct subordinates to succeed in this aspect of the business.
  • Maintain strong connections with insurance firms and underwriters to get jobs done properly and successfully.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customers' business insurance policy demands and supply ideal coverage recommendations to present and potential clients.
  • Prepare and organize PowerPoint presentations, present to close a sale, and train others in the team to do the same.
  • Delegate and manage work across the team and set monthly targets based on company goals.
  • Proactively report critical problems to Management and submit weekly manufacturing reports to help fulfill company objectives.
  • Be a key factor in the company's business growth and attain projections for the group and for yourself.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell various classes of insurance policies using effective negotiation techniques to close sales.
  • Proactively meet clients to help onboard them into the process.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Outbound calls, client handling confidence.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general/life insurance.
  • Enjoy solving problems and generating positive solutions.

Compensation & Location

Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 8,000.00 per month.

Location: Dubai. Must be able to commute or relocate before starting.
