Job summary

A leading telecommunications firm in Dubai is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee HSE compliance across projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety practices are adhered to, manage training programs, and report on safety inspections. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in health and safety management, particularly in the telecom sector. The role offers a salary of 6,000-7,500 AED depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in health and safety management, preferably within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all company policies with HSE standards.
• Liaise with PMs to consider EHS impact for new projects.
• Manage site training plans for employee orientations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and industry best practices

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis

Education

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field

NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certifications
