Sales & Lead Generation
  • Make 80 100 outbound calls per day to potential leads from cold and warm databases.

  • Introduce and pitch the company s products or services tailoring the message to customer needs.

  • Identify and qualify leads based on key criteria to move them into the sales funnel.

  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls emails or WhatsApp.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

Customer Communication & Relationship Management
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers during initial and follow-up calls.

  • Handle objections or concerns effectively using persuasive communication and product knowledge.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer-first approach in all interactions.

  • Keep prospects informed about offers promotions or additional product benefits.

  • Ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to onboarding teams.

Reporting & CRM Management
  • Accurately document all lead interactions outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.

  • Maintain a well-organized lead pipeline with updated statuses and notes.

  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports for internal tracking and management review.

  • Identify patterns from call responses to support improvement in campaign strategies.

Training Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in regular training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

  • Attend team meetings feedback sessions and knowledge-sharing calls.

  • Stay updated with market trends to refine pitch strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications
