Overview
Travellink Relocation is expanding and looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence in on-camera presentations for marketing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Provide accurate information on visa categories, eligibility criteria, and processing timelines
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways
- Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into successful sales
- Maintain updated knowledge of immigration programs (Canada, UK, Europe, etc.)
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Update and manage client information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with case-processing teams to ensure timely and accurate file submissions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration or visa sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Fluent, neutral Hindi suitable for on-camera marketing videos
- Clear pronunciation, polished delivery, and no strong regional accent
- Confident and comfortable appearing on video for promotional content
- Persuasive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and handle objections professionally
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Email, MS Office)
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented approach
