Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain clear concise and comprehensive technical documentation including:
    • User manuals
    • API documentation
    • Online help guides
    • System operation instructions
    • Installation guides
  • Work with internal teams to understand product requirements and translate them into documentation.
  • Organize and write supporting content for software development engineering or IT systems.
  • Edit and standardize materials prepared by other team members to ensure consistent tone and style.
  • Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve content quality and usability.
  • Maintain version control and documentation history using tools like Git or Confluence.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in English Technical Communication Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2 years) as a Technical Writer preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office MadCap Flare Confluence Git or Adobe FrameMaker).
  • Familiarity with HTML Markdown or XML is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a bonus.
