A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Team Leader for the concierge team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service and aligning department operations with brand standards. You will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and respond to guests' needs. Ideal candidates have a diploma in Hospitality, strong communication, and organizational skills, and are proficient with Opera and Microsoft Suite. Fluency in Russian, Arabic, or German is preferred.

Qualifications
