About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join Al Samar Lounge in Jumeirah Mina Al Salam.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or outlet, motivating the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and achieve departmental goals.
  • Brief service staff before each shift on daily priorities, menu updates, and guest expectations, ensuring smooth and coordinated service delivery.
  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, setting the tone for high service standards across all guest interactions.
  • Address guest needs and special requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a personalized and satisfying dining experience.
  • Monitor stock levels of service items, oversee inventory control, and ensure timely coordination with suppliers for F&B needs.
  • Prepare and maintain service records, shift reports, and guest feedback logs to support operational decisions and service enhancements.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
  • Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in English and in Additional Languages.
