As a Team Lead - Inside Sales, you will play a dual role as a hands-on sales contributor and team leader. You’ll be directly responsible for driving outbound sales and lead generation efforts, while also managing and developing a telesales team. You will require strong personal sales execution, team leadership, and operational oversight. Your role also includes elements of account management, ensuring existing clients are supported, retained, and developed as part of the overall growth strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a high-performance sales engine and long-term customer value.

In this role, you will:

  • Actively drive outbound sales through prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Maintain personal responsibility for a sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Manage and coach the inside sales/telesales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Monitor and optimise performance using metrics such as call activity, lead conversion, and opportunity creation.
  • Develop and refine outreach scripts, cadences, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Own and improve sales processes, CRM workflows, and performance reporting.
  • Support account management efforts by maintaining relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline insights to leadership.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for telesales reps on systems, tools, and best practices.
  • Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture through hands-on leadership.
  • High school / Secondary school is required.
  • 4+ years of experience, inside sales or telesales, with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales techniques & processes.
  • Strong Organisational skills.
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome out of all sales interactions.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • A Team Player and people person.
  • Comfortable with handling objections and rejection.
