As a Team Lead - Inside Sales, you will play a dual role as a hands-on sales contributor and team leader. You’ll be directly responsible for driving outbound sales and lead generation efforts, while also managing and developing a telesales team. You will require strong personal sales execution, team leadership, and operational oversight. Your role also includes elements of account management, ensuring existing clients are supported, retained, and developed as part of the overall growth strategy. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a high-performance sales engine and long-term customer value.
