As the Team Lead - Business Development, you will lead the Brokerage BD team while also carrying an individual revenue target. You will require strong commercial awareness, the ability to design and implement BD strategies, and confidence in reporting and forecasting. You will be responsible for driving growth through proactive outreach, supporting the team to hit targets and ensuring the overall pipeline is healthy and well-managed.

In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of Business Development Managers to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Set clear new business targets for each BD Manager and hold regular reviews to track progress.
  • Monitor team performance, provide support and keep motivation high to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  • Ensure all BD Managers maintain strong CRM discipline, including accurate logging of activities, opportunities, forecasts and account notes.
  • Review CRM data regularly to validate pipeline quality, deal stages, next actions and overall funnel health.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of sales activity, payments and account reviews.
  • Support hiring by selecting BD candidates who match the required profile.
  • Coach the team on sales technique, positioning, product knowledge and effective outreach.
  • Gather client and market feedback and share it with marketing, operations and the tech team to support product improvement and resolve recurring issues.
  • Collect market research and competitor insights to guide commercial strategy.
  • Verify brokerage data in the area to identify growth opportunities and allocate the right accounts to BD Managers.
  • Expand the brokerage base through effective team management and proactive outreach.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and trends within the real estate brokerage market
