The Role

• Assist in Lesson Planning: Collaborate with teachers to prepare lesson materials and instructional resources.
• Support Student Learning: Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra help, ensuring they understand the material.
• Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment by managing student behavior and encouraging participation.
• Monitor Student Progress: Track and document student performance, providing feedback to the lead teacher on individual progress and areas needing improvement.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with grading assignments, maintaining student records, and organizing classroom supplies to support the lead teacher's instructional efforts.
• Supervise Activities: Monitor students during lunch, recess, and field trips to ensure their safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Education: Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
• Patience and Empathy: Ability to work with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, showing understanding and support.
