Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team in El-Ain. Your main responsibility will be to provide quality education to students, while supporting the growth and development of our school. The successful candidate must have an excellent knowledge of classroom instruction, assessment techniques, and the ability to work with diverse student populations. The salary for this position is 1500 AED per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant who meets the minimum requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons that align with curriculum objectives
• Develop age-appropriate activities that meet the educational needs of students
• Evaluate student progress and assess their academic achievement
• Monitor student behavior in the classroom
• Create lesson plans based on individual student needs
• Utilize appropriate teaching materials such as textbooks, games, videos, audio recordings etc
• Encourage critical thinking skills through different activities
• Establish positive relationships with students and parents
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Participate in professional development opportunities to keep up-to-date with changes in curriculum and instruction methods
