Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR professional. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee branding. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
• Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of team members based on the Accor Standards.
• Provide administrative support to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager.
• Manage dashboards statistics and all key data for analysis and proactive actions.
