Job description

Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Healthcare recruitment to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare positions, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative/support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and workforce planning needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements (DOH, DHA, MOH) throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including credentialing, background checks, medical fitness, and onboarding documentation.
  • Liaise with local and overseas recruitment agencies to support manpower needs when required.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring status, and candidate pipeline.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to attract qualified healthcare talent.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through professional communication, timely updates, and clear feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector in the UAE.
  • Proven experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare licensing and regulatory authorities (DOH, DHA, MOH).
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
