Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience recruiting in the fit-out industry to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about identifying top talent that aligns with our company’s goals, culture, and project demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across various departments and levels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Create and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Manage offer processes including negotiations and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.li>
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future roles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
