We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale engineering hiring with higher quality and better predictability. You will take ownership of technical requisitions end-to-end and act as the hiring manager’s operator and advisor, not an order-taker.
This role sits at the center of how we grow our product and platform teams. You’ll partner with engineering leaders to translate business needs into clear role definitions, build targeted sourcing strategies, and run structured interview processes that surface real engineering signal. You’ll be expected to keep velocity high without compromising standards, and to use data to diagnose bottlenecks, reset expectations, and improve decision-making.
