What you’ll do
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we\'ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we\'re driving major missions forward. As a TA partner on a temporary contract (3 months) you will support with:
- Market Expansion & Talent Mapping: Support the business in building new markets by designing and executing talent mapping, workforce planning, and sourcing strategies tailored to different regions.
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-caliber candidates across functions and geographies.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders, fostering trust and credibility throughout the process.
- Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement progressive sourcing strategies leveraging networking, social media, professional associations, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture long-term talent pools and partnerships to ensure readiness for future business needs.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and line managers to deeply understand hiring needs, provide advisory support, and educate them on recruitment best practices.
- Hiring Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Data & Insights: Track, analyze, and present key talent acquisition metrics (weekly/monthly) to leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you’ll need
- Degree educated with (or working towards) HR qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within an ecommerce industry
- Expert knowledge in labor law and how to apply in the workplace.
- Strong communicator to influence and guide others on HR matters at all levels
- Experience of delivering HR process improvements and compliance.
- Enjoys working in fast paced, demanding environments.
- Previous success in driving change, raising people standards, and leading HR teams.
- A desire to achieve results, learn and apply HR best practice across a large workforce.
