Were currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading group in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a contractual role focused on building talent pipelines and leading a high-impact TA team within Real Estate, Construction, and Engineering verticals.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Lead and mentor a small TA team (23 members)
• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Partner closely with business leaders to deliver on strategic hiring plans
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and technical functions

What Were Looking For :

• 812 years of solid Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven team leadership capabilities
• Industry exposure in Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering
• Fluency in Arabic is a must
