What you'll be doing

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Dubai, with a strong focus on high‑volume operational hiring, including warehouse staff, drivers, logistics, and blue‑collar roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment, building strong talent pipelines for operational functions, and partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands‑on experience recruiting for blue‑collar and logistics roles, ideally in fast‑paced or high‑volume environments. You will work closely with HR and hiring managers to deliver a smooth and efficient recruitment process, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the right people are in place to support Chalhoub Group’s operational excellence across warehouses, transportation, and logistics functions.

  • As the TA Associate, you will work closely with the assigned business vertical to manage high‑volume recruitment for operational and logistics roles, ensuring all requisitions are filled efficiently and in line with business needs.
  • Lead the briefing conversation to understand operational requirements, sourcing strategy and interview process and align on timeline according to SLAs.
  • Effectively screen candidates in alignment with our culture and values and aligned competencies.
  • Provide effective reporting communication to assist with briefing Hiring Managers on shortlisted talent, market insights and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate journey through all touch points of the candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure best practice throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines for warehouse, logistics, and operational roles.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on high‑volume and operational hiring.
  • Proven experience recruiting roles such as warehouse staff, drivers, logistics, supply chain, and operational workforce.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Ability to work autonomously with very good time management skill.
  • Familiarity with recruitment within logistics, supply chain, warehousing.
  • Previous experience working with ATS tools.
  • Previous experience of working in a Retail industry is a plus.
  • Experience in social sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of Diversity Equity & Inclusion concepts and best practices in recruitment.
