Job Purpose To provide expert tailoring, fitting, and alteration services for our customers, ensuring each garment reflects their personal style and fits perfectly. The Tailor will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards, offering professional advice on garment adjustments, and ensuring timely completion of all alterations to enhance the Harvey Nichols customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the best tailoring and alteration options to achieve their desired fit and style.
• Perform precise alterations, repairs, and fittings according to customer specifications.
• Ensure garments are completed and delivered within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
