As a T3000 Service Expert System Administrator at Siemens Energy in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will be at the forefront of innovative projects in power plant automation and cybersecurity systems. Your role will involve managing and optimizing Siemens Energy’s control systems, ensuring their seamless operation and security, which directly impacts our clients’ operational efficiency and supports Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Provide expert technical support by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues with Siemens Energy’s products and services.
  • Execute on‑site installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to facilitate the successful implementation of Siemens Energy’s solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of our products and systems.
  • Identify and recommend product and service improvements based on customer feedback and field experience.
  • Implement and manage cybersecurity configurations and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Automation, I&C, Control System, or a related field, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Siemens Energy’s T3000, PLC, and SCADA systems.
  • Proficiency in T3000 system virtualization, domain server configurations, and Siemens Energy’s fail‑safe systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with Modbus, DNP3, OPC interfaces, and network architecture design.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions and industrial controls networks.

Our Gas Services division offers low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
