The position available will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to join a growing team of highly passionate, qualified and passionate coaches who’s aim it is to facilitate in having kids and adults fall in love with water and then let them improve their abilities from there. You will be required to deliverstructured swimming lessons to a range of abilities and ages based on the HUNA Aquatics pathways.

Applicant will be required to:

  • Work together with the rest of the team to plan and then deliver sessions across our range of levels in our Junior Kids Programs.
  • Work together with the rest of the team to plan and then deliver sessions across our range of levels in our Adult and Masters Programs.
  • Work together with the rest of the team to plan and then deliver sessions across our range of levels in our 1 on 1 Sessions.
  • Work together with the rest of the team to plan and then deliver club competitions, clinics and camps during the school break periods.
  • Attend and assist at club and external competitions throughout the year as required.
  • Record attendance, swimmers progress and provide regular feedback to parents and clients as per the HUNA Aquatics requirements.
  • Attend weekly and monthly team meetings to ensure all KPIs are being met.
  • Abide by HUNA Aquatics policies and guidelines at all times in a professional manner.

The Applicant should have the following qulaifications, skills and qualities:

  • Swim England Swimming Coach certificate/Level 2 Award or the equivalent qualifications
  • High level of customer relations skills to be able to deal with customers and parents in a professional manner.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in teaching and coaching swimmers across a range of abilities and age groups.
  • Great communication, time management and team workskills
  • Ability to use the IT software required by HUNA Aquatics
  • Full timeposition
  • Up to £30k(GBP)per annum (Exchangerate dependant) tax free
  • Visa, medical insurance, annual leave and annual flight ticket all included.
