Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the same position within the State of Qatar.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar authority processes (QCDD, municipalities, utilities).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design across all stages.
• Define the project sustainability vision, targets, and roadmap.
• Plan and secure approvals from relevant authorities.
