Qualifications

Reports To: Testing Location Manager

Role Overview

The Supervisor Level II oversees field testing operations, ensuring jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and according to client specifications. They manage personnel, equipment, and materials to deliver high‑quality service and support the Location Manager in operational and performance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing jobs according to design and client requirements.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel for timely and smooth operations.
• Supervise and train assigned staff, ensuring adherence to company and client QHSE policies.
• Maintain and repair job equipment, ensuring inspections meet company standards.
• Prepare field service reports and communicate incidents, near misses, or safety concerns.
• Promote safe, efficient, and professional work practices in all operations.
