You will be part of the Ventilation and Air Movement Systems division of Maico Gulf LLC, working in a state-of-the-art facility focused on developing high-performance, certified HVAC and smoke extraction solutions for industrial and commercial applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a supply chain team covering procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with HVAC manufacturing and project requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost optimization, efficiency, and service levels.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier network locally and internationally.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for all raw materials.
• Ensure smooth handling of import/export operations, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade requirements.
• Optimize warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and inventory turnover. Ensure on-time delivery of components to production lines and customers.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance, OTIF deliveries, and logistics efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety norms.
• Partner with production, engineering, sales, and project management teams to align supply chain with business needs.
• Support demand planning, capacity planning, and forecasting.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic inputs to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. Masters preferred.
• 15+ years in supply chain management within HVAC equipment manufacturing or heavy engineering/manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams of 10+ people.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC components, manufacturing supply chains, and project-driven procurement.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), demand planning, and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
