Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced underwriting professional to supervise Life & Personal Accident underwriting operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, guide junior team members, and approve underwriting decisions while coordinating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in underwriting, with supervisory experience being preferred. Knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of underwriting experience, especially in Life & Personal Accident (PA).
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is an advantage.
