Job Overview:

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Supervisor Retail at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Retail Associates in delivering excellent guest service.
• Oversee merchandise display, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accuracy in POS operations, pricing, and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor shop performance and ensure timely restocking and inventory control.
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints or escalations professionally.
• Conduct regular staff briefings, training, and on-the-job coaching.
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal retail events.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, health and safety compliance, and loss prevention protocols.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma in Retail, Business, or related stream
• 2–4 years in retail operations, with supervisory or team lead experience.
• POS and retail systems knowledge
• Stock management and merchandising skills
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership capabilities
• Problem-solving and service recovery handling
