Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor to join the resort’s Inventory Control Team.

Responsibilities

• To supervise the supply, storage, and accessibility of inventory items, ensuring adequate stock levels without overages.
• Ensures compliance with safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards, and supports operational readiness for high-volume periods.
• Maintain par stock levels for cleaning tools, chemicals, and replenishment items.
• Conduct weekly physical inventory counts and prepare reports for review.
• Place inventory requisitions through the Stratton Warren System (SWS) after approval.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation of stock and proper labelling of all items.
• Monitor stock levels, pending orders, and average consumption to avoid shortages.
• Consolidate weekly requisitions from Public Area Supervisors.
• Coordinate timely delivery of inventory to janitor rooms and storerooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all storerooms.
• Ensure all requisitions and POs are properly documented and approved.
• Record spoilage, breakages, and disposals in compliance with Finance protocols.
• Conduct daily spot checks to prevent misuse of chemicals and tools.
• Ensure no items are issued without a signed requisition
• Prepare for high-demand periods.
• Work closely with Public Area Supervisors to consolidate needs.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for timely inventory delivery.
• Support training and communication of procedures to team members.

About You

• Secondary school diploma or above. Diploma in materials management or procurement an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ Inventory Control experience required
• Fluent English, written and spoken, Arabic is a plus
• Intermediate MS Office, MMS Experienced
• Strong attention to detail and well-organised
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment
