Job summary

A leading facility management company in Dubai is seeking a Manager to oversee ongoing contract delivery, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations and enhancing customer relationships. This role involves managing both technical and non-technical services, developing continuous improvement plans, and training team members. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in facility management and excellent communication skills to maintain relations with customers and suppliers. Qualifications

  • Strong experience in facility management, particularly with MEP services.

Job description
  • Managing the on-going contract delivery in accordance with scope of works
  • adherence and ensure team adhere to all Health and Safety regulations/ policies
  • Contract specific documentation which is contract management PPM schedule and health and safety documents
  • Ensure CAFM systems are updated by the teams and verify regular the quality of the jobs done by the teams and analyse the performance of the asset
  • Have a continuous improvement plan in place.
  • To ensure team delivers and understand the KPI and Service Level Agreement agreed with the client.
  • Evaluate the risk on site and ensure training provided to the team members on the same.
  • Have a training plan in place and ensure 100% implementation.

The role will be expected to work with the Assistant Facility Manager to develop strong Customer relationships; to achieve contract organic growth improved customer satisfaction sustainable business and the delivery of services in line with the customers expectation and maintaining a high profile and positive image for the LFM Business.

This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer management with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships and subcontract management.

  • Responsible for facility management services including MEP and specialist services.
  • Managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts
  • Ensuring an adequate availability of supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings.
  • Train team members in all aspects of the technical and non- technical services.
  • Actively multi skill all Company staff to increase flexibility and job satisfaction.
  • Report any incidents within the agreed time frame.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives on site and check effectiveness.
  • Ensure CAFM system is updated by teams on timely basis and cross verify on regular frequency basis.
  • To ensure excellent relationships is maintained with the customers our suppliers and subcontractors.
  • To ensure monthly reports inputs are provided to FM Admin on monthly basis for reports.
  • Ensure team maintain goo hygiene and grooming standards.
