Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for subcontract negotiation and signing in accordance with project approved subcontract planning and procurement management system;
• Optimize subcontracting cost and propose project cost saving mode;
• Manage the tender planning for the project whole process according to project schedule or material requirement planning;
• Organize the shortlisting of construction / engineering / service suppliers, the planning of bidding and procurement and preparation of bidding documents, etc.;
• Monitor the claim of subcontractors’ deliverables, continuously optimize subcontracting management process and meet company business needs.
