Job summary

A leading construction solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in structural engineering. The successful candidate will support engineering offices, advise sales employees, and create structural analyses. Ideal applicants will have a degree in Civil Engineering, familiarity with building materials, and proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit. This is a full-time position, located on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with a specialization in structural engineering or steel construction).
• Professional experience in structural engineering/statics is desirable.
• Building material knowledge (Steel, Wood, Aluminium, Concrete).

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering offices in the country organisations withformwork andscaffolding solutions.
• Advise our customers sales employees and project engineers.
• Create verifiable structural analysis for construction companies and coordinate with professional engineers.
• Createtools for the dimensioning of formwork solutions.
• Perform internal and external static trainings.
• Support regional product developments.
• Coordinate closely with static department in the head quarter for experience exchange and implementation of best practice approach within the region Middle East & Africa

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (specialization structural engineering or steel construction is an advantage)
• Professional experience in structural engineering/statics is desirable
• Building material knowledge (Steel Wood Aluminium Concrete)
• Knowledge of European British & ANSI standards
• Knowledge of CAD and structural engineering software (AutoCAD Revit 3D and 2D Rstab MathCad)
• Teamoriented workand flexibility
