STRUCTURAL BIM MODELER

• Develop detailed and accurate 3D structural BIM models using Revit Structure and other BIM software.
• Prepare coordinated structural drawings and documentation including plans, sections, details, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure proper integration and clash-free coordination of structural elements.
• Interpret structural design drawings and specifications to model reinforced concrete, steel, and foundation elements.
• Modify and update BIM models based on design changes and site coordination requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, company BIM protocols, and UAE construction codes.
• Support site teams by generating shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and model-based reports.
• Participate in coordination meetings and assist with clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Maintain organized model files and documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural BIM modeling, preferably on construction projects.
• Strong background working with contracting companies or in a construction site environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM360 is a plus.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and detailing standards.
• Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Must be available in the UAE.
