As a Strategic Consultant, Business & Marketing Transformation – with focus on Media Effectiveness, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategy, transformation, and change projects, define growth strategies. Our client’s Business Transformation (BX) practice exists to propel growth for brands and businesses and sits at the intersection of consulting and creativity. BX combines unique data and technology-driven creativity with management consulting rigour and human‑centric design to drive sustainable growth and prepare organisations for the future. As a BX Strategic Consultant ‑ Business & Marketing Transformation within the MENA region, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategy, marketing transformation with a key focus on media effectiveness, and change projects, drive a sales pipeline, and contribute to the client and people growth of the practice.

Core Expertise
  • Market Landscaping – Evaluating market dynamics and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategy Consulting – Defining new paths to growth, innovating business models, & driving consumer‑led transformation.
  • Media & Data Consulting – Using media and data as strategic growth levers by analysing ecosystem dynamics, audience insights, and measurement frameworks to optimise performance, elevate data maturity, and unlock sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Transformation Consulting – Designing and executing future‑ready operating models and change strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Lead on workstreams across Business Strategy, Marketing Transformation, and Change Management.
  • Develop and manage key client relationships, ensuring high‑quality project delivery.
  • Drive innovation and contribute to developing new strategic service offerings.
  • Work alongside team members to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Contribute to and be responsible for supporting delivery of the financial and budgetary aspects of your projects.
  • Keeping abreast of innovations in your area(s) of expertise, actively contributing to the knowledge base.
  • Acting as a role model; you are regularly sought out after for views by peers and the wider team.

Professional Skills
  • 8 years of consulting experience with a strong background in Marketing Transformation.
  • Proven experience working across marketing projects.
  • Background of working at a leading Media, Marketing or Strategy House and a Top Consulting firm.
  • Challenging conventional views and presenting ideas persuasively to gain buy‑in.
  • Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation.
  • Able to translate strategy and strategic thinking executable solutions.
  • Excellence in English with strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong collaborator who can coordinate and influence a collective team‑based client relationship across complex matrix structures, both internally and externally, and manage significant stakeholders and key industry relationships.
  • Confident building relationships and presenting to C‑suite clients.
  • Strong business and growth acumen, including a good understanding of complex business models and trends, as well as the ability to identify and seize opportunities that move the business towards strategic goals and a track record of unlocking new business growth.
