Job summary

A global project management firm is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead recruitment for high-impact PMC Oil & Gas projects across Europe and North Africa. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role offers a strategic position within a dynamic environment focused on sourcing top-tier talent and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience in PMC recruitment with multi-country exposure ideally across Europe and/or North Africa.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for oil & gas project roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs.
• Source high-caliber candidates using industry-specific platforms.
• Drive competitive offer negotiation and manage closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure coordination of interviews.
• Partner with visa/mobilization teams to ensure compliance for international placements.
