Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join a top real estate development organisation in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in high-rise projects within the UAE, strong skills in strategic sourcing, contract management, and negotiation. Responsibilities include overseeing the procurement lifecycle, managing supplier relations, and preparing procurement performance reports. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as proficiency in using procurement software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience on high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Prior experience working with developers or main contractors is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge within construction and real estate procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing.
• Manage procurement and contract finalisation for PS items.
• Handle the full procurement lifecycle from Material Requests to final delivery.
• Conduct strategic sourcing and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Plan and manage procurement schedules, delivery methods, and budgets.
